Any firearms, ammunition, or any associated product(s) not paid in full and retrieved within 31 days will be considered forfeited, and or be charged storage fees unless prior communication has been made between the buyer and SWAT Firearms.
Failure to make payments as agreed will result in the forfeiture of deposits, inventory will be returned to active stock for sale, unless communication has been established with SWAT Firearms.
We do not want to keep your items, therefore we encourage all customers to stay in touch regarding order status, payments, permit status or pick-up arrangements to avoid forfeiture.
